Essential Qualification:

Manager (Sales): Must possess MTM or equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer or 10+2+3 degree. Preference will be given to those with experience in tourism.
Assistant Manager (Branch Operations – Customer Service): Must possess MTM or equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer or 10+2+3 degree. Preference will be given to those with experience in tourism.
Officer (Commercial): 10+2+3 degree, diploma or experience in tourism is preferred.
Officer (Visa): 10+2+3 degree, experience in visa processing and documentation is preferred.
Senior Coordinator (Travel): 10+2+3 degree, diploma, or experience in tourism is preferred.

Age Limit & Age Relaxation:

Maximum age for general candidates: 38 years
Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms, and candidates in other categories must follow government guidelines.

Salary:
Selected candidates will be offered an attractive salary according to their grades. Salary increments and approved benefits are as per the rules of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. The company provides facilities like PF, ESI, and bonuses as per its regulations.
